I’m at my best when the problem is messy.

Complex requirements & legislation, confusing journeys, data heavy products, and products with endless rules and edge cases… I enjoy tearing those problems apart and understanding what’s really going on, so I can turn them into experiences that people enjoy using.

I also have a growing focus on AI powered product experiences and AI-assisted product design, including designing experiences around AI agents, conversational interfaces and intelligent support. I’m particularly interested in how AI can change not just what we build, but how we design and prototype products in the first place.

I’m comfortable working across the full product lifecycle, from Discovery, UX Research and Problem Definition, to User Journeys, Prototyping, UI Design, Validation and Delivery.
